All packages include structural work, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, doors & windows, site engineer supervision, and material supply. Additional features depend on the package tier selected.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! These packages are starting points. You can mix and match features or choose add-ons to create a custom plan that fits your vision and budget.
Is GST included in the pricing?
Yes, all prices quoted are inclusive of GST (18% as applicable). There are no hidden charges or surprises at handover.
What payment terms do you offer?
We offer flexible payment plans: 30% at booking, 30% at foundation completion, 20% at structure completion, and 20% at handover. Custom plans available for bulk projects.
Is there a price difference by location?
Prices may vary slightly based on location (Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur, Raebareli, Kannauj,Delhi NCR, Pune, Kolhapur) due to material transportation and labor costs. We'll provide location-specific quotes.
What about warranty coverage?
Basic covers 5 years, Premium & Luxury cover 10 years of structural and workmanship warranty. This includes foundation, walls, plumbing, electrical, and all major works.
