Warranty Policy

At Intarian Design & Construction, we stand behind the quality of our work. Our comprehensive warranty policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind during and after your home transformation.

1. 10-Year Warranty Coverage

We provide a 10-year limited warranty on all modular furniture and woodwork manufactured by Intarian. This includes:

• Structural defects in cabinetry and wardrobes
• Lamination and edge banding issues
• Hardware functionality (hinges, slides, handles)
• Workmanship related to installation

2. Construction Warranty

For our house construction services, we provide a 1-year structural warranty covering:

• Foundation and structural integrity
• Seepage and leakage issues
• Electrical and plumbing workmanship

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
• Modifications made by third parties
• External factors such as fire, flood, or extreme weather

4. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at warranty@intariandesign.com with your project ID and photos of the issue. Our team will inspect and resolve the matter within 7-10 working days.
